VISION

To holistically meet the needs of men as they transition from incarceration back into the community.

OUR TEAM

Jordan Kauffman, Executive Director

Jordan grew up in Lancaster County and graduated from Millersville University with a degree in sociology. Afterwards, he lived for four years in Philadelphia working at various nonprofits, then went on to earn his M.A in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University.

Jordan has always been passionate about improving unjust systems with a strong emphasis on grace and authenticity for those on the margins. After being introduced to NPM founder John Rush at a prison re-entry conference in 2014, he started at New Person Ministries as a case worker. Shortly after John’s retirement, Jordan was chosen to be the Executive Director.

Jordan lives in Lancaster City with his wife, Kira, and two young daughters, where they are part of West End Mennonite Fellowship. In his free time, you might find him keeping up with Philadelphia sports, coaching high school basketball, planning a white water kayaking trip, or enjoying peanut butter ice cream.
